The place is a zoo. There is no clear line and people jumping in front of others. The customers how are polite simply are repaid with longer wait times. I went into the store to actually give some feedback and the teller, Sunny immediately started on how that wasn't his job, he had no control of it and he didn't care how long people waited. When I asked for the number for the manager he told me to find it himself and to go F*K myself. It just goes to show that they don't even bother with customer service, they get their money either way
