We live in Collingwood and this Esso station is on our way out of town and is usually the cheapest gas on our way to Toronto. I used my Debit card so that I wouldn't have to go into store and wait in line. The pump had run out of paper and so I had to go into the store. While I was waiting in line for my receipt my boyfriend was apparently washing my window-shield. When I went out he was mad as there was no window washer fluid in NONE of the buckets and nothing to wash them with even if there was washer fluid. So then I went into the store and complained, and what a crock of (^&*^&% I got... Oh... The washer fluid froze... Really... It doesn't freeze, and the brushes broke... I'm sure they sell them so it shouldn't be that hard to replace. Then I lost patience and asked about making sure there was paper in the pump to print receipts... And guess what... They had run out of paper. I didn't yell, or use foul language... But I sure wanted to... What a bunch of poor excuses, and what a bunch of losers... When the real reason is that they're trying to save a buck. I'd be just as happy to pay full price in return for a Service Station to actually have Service! So I left and on the way out noticed another guy had pulled over to the side of the store to a snow-bank and was cleaning his window.
