I have had several deliveries from FedEx over the past few months. I always get my deliveries several days after the slowest USPS delivery would have arrived, and I have to drive miles to the FedEx office to retrieve them.
The delivery agent always posts an exception saying that the business is closed. The church to which delivery is sent is always open when the agent says it is closed. Lying is unacceptable. It is a practice and pattern of FedEx to do this, and I hope that people will start using UPS or USPS instead of FedEx, because they lie and because they provide very bad service.
