Management here said they knew nothing of this card and would not honour it. The one manager said she had seen this card before but that they were not set up yet to accept it yet i had used it many times before at other Esso gas centres with no hassle, The male manager told me this was not his problem and it had nothing to do with him so I would have to deal with Esso on my own. When I told him this was unacceptable he yelled at me very intimidatingly that I just need to pay for the gas I pumped and deal with it on my own. You need to be aware of the unprofessional people you have working in representing Esso. It is a total disgrace.
