Esso Gas Station
To whom it concerns:
On Dec 3rd,
I proceeded to buy oil for my jeep at Esso gas station located on 1500 Finch ave. East.
I am disappointed because the service you provided by the employee was outrageous. He refused to open the door, he swore and disrespected my race by mocking my accent. He refused service and the number of customer service and manager name. He threatened to call the police and frame me for breaking into his store.
The problem as you understand is not in full detail as possible due to the length of the conversation/argument. This is in breach of my contract in the customer service act laid down by the law.
