Parts Train
Wrong part and a restocking fee

I ordered a license plate holder for a Chrysler 300. It arrived with paperwork saying it was for a 300, but it didn't fit and the manufacturer said it was for a Jeep with a winch. Parts Train has dragged their heels issuing the RMA and is going to charge a 10% restocking fee in addition to my paying for the shipping both ways.
