SCAM STAY AWAY The same thing happened to me as another compliant on here. I have been doing online shopping for years and this store has to be the worst I have ever dealt with. They have a system which picks out the wrong parts for your car then charges you for the part, you pay for shipping and Parts Train ships you the wrong part, meanwhile, your car is still broken. Then they charge you for mailing anything back in a box they originally send the part in, plus charge you for a 'restocking fee' and you have to pay out of pocket to ship it back! For something they did inncorrectly! When you call to talk to someone, If you put in your order number when you call customer service, you will automatically be booted to the end of the line and if you ask for a call back (after being on hold over 2 hours) put your number in, it never happens (this is after you request to return your part). If you email Customer Service they never email you back, if you do get a hold of someone you get hung up on as soon as you tell them who you are. Scam. STAY AWAY! I don’t know about you but I work hard for my money and I don’t need some jackass lying about car parts, stealing money from me under a business name. It also wasted the very little time I had to even fix my car, which is priceless.
