I have contacted ths company, international division, and they keep promising to send me the information required so I can return their part to get my refund. Every time I call they promise to send me an email in three days. It has never arrived. Their after sales service stinks. I would never recommend this company. Buyer beware. The better business bureau should be made aware of their practices. There needs to be better protection from these types of companies on the Internet. Totally disgusted.
