I bought a 2004 ford focus. From the begining i told them i only had my car, plus the rebate as my down. They wanted another five hundred, i told them i didn't have it. They put it in the contract any way, they rewrote my contract four times, overcharging me all four times. The salesman called me yelling at me saying i told him i could pay them five hundred more, i wouldn't say i could, when i knew i couldn't.
Looks like now i have to take my car back on the 8th of this month. Only thing is, they donated my trade in. Now i'm not going to have any thing. There constantly harrassing me for the extra five hundred. Now they say i didn't qualify for thir twenty-five hundred dollar rebate. They put my percentage rate at 19%. Now what do i do without a car. I didn't even look at one car when i got there. He brought up a focus and said that was the only car i qualified for. The sales man was throwing things around, and cursing right on front of me.
One didnt know what was going on from the other. He wouldn't let me look at other cars. So yes, to re-write my contract four times over charging me four times, now having to take my car back and them not returning mine i'd say thats a rip-off
