I bought a new car from them in July. I bought a new 2008 Ford Focus. My sales person was Casey Alexander and her desk manager was Justin Wright. I had a trade and I was desperate for money so I traded in my 2008 Hyundai Accent for a new Focus. My Hyundai was fully paid for. When I traded it in they only gave me around $7,000.00 for it. They told me my payment was only going to be $548.00 a month at 15% interest. Well after I signed my paperwork, I realized they charged me 17.9959% interest on the car. They gave me $1,000.00 for myself and put $2,000.00 down as my down payment. They never accounted for the trade and $4,000.00 from the trade is missing. I also saw they never gave me the credit for the $1,000.00 additional rebate I should have gotten for the car. When I confronted them on the missing $4,000.00, Genesis Team, the people financing my car said the $4,000.00 was for a finance fee and was not added to my contract because it would raise the selling price $4,000.00 and I would have to pay sales tax on it. I know this to be a complete lie and a shell game. I will never do any more business from Park Cities Ford. I would encourage anyone else reading this to consider buying their next car from someone else. This also includes Prestige Ford as many of those crooked salespeople have since moved over there to sell cars and their General Manager was Casey's desk manager Justin Wright.
