We were sold two maint. Warranties, very expensive. Finance person said the second one would provide us a rental car at no cost whenever we brought our 02 Focus in for service. This was fine and it was provided. However, when the service manager changed, they said no rental car in the future.
I have made calls begging to talk to the owner but never returned my calls. I did get calls from service mgr who more or less said to bad, no rental.
I called to speek to the finance person who did the paperwork but have never been able to talk to him either.
My advise to anyone is to avoid Folsom Lake Ford at all costs. What appears to be a good deal usually isnt. They are out to get your money and nothing more. I have found that their service dept. Is no better than most car dealers so why drive 60 miles. Their customer service will not help you and you will probably end up just like me with a very bad taste in your mouth.
