I was very unfortunate to find out for myself what it means to do business with Purrfect Auto Service. New to CA I had no idea a registered business can be so unprofessional and still get away with it. I will spare the details of my case as it will take several pages to write and too long to read.
The summary is as follows: on three separate occasions I had my car repaired at Purrfect Auto in Pasadena. Every time the bill was over $500 and every time the repair was either unnecessary, done incorrectly or caused more damage to the car. It took me over a month to fix all the "honest mistakes" Purrfect Auto mechanics made.
Beware! Service manager Harry at Pasadena's Purrfect Auto can sound like a very nice guy but in fact he has no idea about cars and his main goal is to get your money. Any way he can. He was getting away with it until now but I am determined to put an end to that. I wish I took my old parts after the repairs to nail these crooks once and for all...
