Don't be decieved by the fancy facility and chipper salesmen.
FOLSOM LAKE FORD will take you for a ride... To hell and back. They will do whatever possible to get you in a car and after they've got you in it, they don't give a damn. I was told a security system was being programmed in the Mustang I bought. When I got home I found that such a system doesn't even exist in that car. I called the next day and no one would help me with this problem - I was told to make an appointment to have the system installed that I was told was already there. I live two hours away - it's not that easy. The salesman told me my first payment wouldn't be due for 60 more days - it turns out it was due the next month.
They looked at the numbers, pulled my credit, and sold me the car. Over 10 days later (there is a 10 day statute of recission) I received a letter that they couldn't obtain financing. They ran my credit through financial institutions about 10 - 15 times.
I had so many inquiries on my credit because their Financing Manager is obviously an inexperienced retard who can't do math. They took a gamble with this deal...
Don't let them do this to you. STAY AWAY FROM FOLSOM LAKE FORD.
