Russ Auto was supposed to pull my moter apart and document the damaged parts that Vic Alfonso did when they worked on it, I got charged $400 dollars more than I was quoted and I got no documentation of the aftermarket parts that was supposed to be GM parts, And they lied about the scored crank, Also charged me for a oil sensor that was not broke or leaking, When I confronted Brian Creamer about this, He was shaking so bad he couldn't hardly talk or stop his hands from shaking, thypical body language from a liar, and thief, I have filed a complaint with GM, better business bureau, Consumer fraud, and The FBI, They said they have gotten several complaints from other consumers about them as well, I was smart and took pictures of the damaged parts myself when they had it apart, they charged me 2 extra hours Labor for taking a few pics, unheard of everywhere else, I can say that Brian Creamers Bullshit coverup has already cost Russ Auto at least $2500 in lost car repair from my friends/family alone. I hope that they git Rid of him soon, he is nothing but a liar and a thief, I contacted the manager about this, He was about as worthless as Brian, Consumer fraud contacted them and they tried to say I was cursing everyone out there etc, trying to get the focus off of them, didn't work, So I am goiing to file a lawsuit against them soon, Hopefully Russ auto will think twice after I get done with them, I don't think they will be in business much longer, No longer a Chevrolet dealer. I cqan see Why. Hope this warns consumers so they Won't get screwed like I did, I also ran into a old employee from there, He informed me that they Rip a lot of people off there, SO BEWARE oOF THEM
