Please do not buy from Edmonton BMW or do any business with them.
I bought a brand new fully loaded 2011 BMW M3 cabriolet back in November from Edmonton BMW and I have had nothing but issues around what was sold, leasing and servicing of this vehicle. I am now servicing this brand new M3 at Bavaria of Edmonton who do a great job in all areas. I had a BMW convertible before this M3 I had bought from Bavaria and owned for many years and I never had any issues whatsoever as I am having with Edmonton BMW now. These issues have dragged on for quite some time now without coming to an adequate solution to all parties involved. I have tried to work with Edmonton BMWs management team for months now but they are uncooperative and unfit to be working in these roles. I have many emails to prove their incompetence in business practices and lack of client appreciation. I recently found out the salesperson who sold me the car has quit Edmonton BMW; I am not surprised in the least to become aware of this.
