Pressure and deception service

I went for service and left with two additional problems. I thought the parts were extremely expensive. Russ the owner explained the parts dept. Gave him the wrong prices? And that he would send a refund check. Still no check! He also said he only uses quality parts thus the high cost. I work in a parts research and parts pick up dept. And believe me when i say this place and the owner are a rip off. He charged me 340 for a wheel seal assy. A 220 part elsewhere. He also wanted to charge me 350 for a parking brake lever
i found the same part for under 100 in several places online and at parts stores. Russ explained that his precision Auto franchise was like a convenient store. Where you dont mind paying a little more for youre goods because it is so convenient. Also parking is terrible. There estimates are usually underestimated by two hours. I was told a parking brake cable replacement 1.5hrs turned out it was 2.5 hrs. Precision auto service center is only convenient for russ the owner. I will not shop there again. Oh and for getting dropped of and picked up that was also delayed by two hours.
I had the feeling that precision auto was not trustworthy and my suspicions have been confirmed.
