Numerous responses: "will arrive tomorrow", "will ship on monday", "it's on it's way" and on and on. Emailed approx. 30 August requesting refund. NUMEROUS call to request refund. "will be done today", on managers desk, will call you today", and on... TODAY: 4 November. No Action.
