I purchased an item from Sears online. The status showed it would be delivered 6/10 - 6/14. When it wasn't delivered, I sent customer service an email and asked the status. This was at least 3 weeks after I purchased the item and the money was deducted from my paypal account. Customer Service said the item was out of stock. I looked on the site and the item was there at a higher price. I emailed customer service and they told me if I wanted the item, I had to pay the higher price.
