I placed an order on Sears.com for 3 items on 12/10/07. One item was delivered as expected on 12/14/07. The second item got a tracking # for UPS, but never went anywhere and UPS never showed record of receiving the package. The third item didn't even get a tracking #. All three items were Christmas presents. Only the one item showed up. Period. I finally got a refund for the second item that had the tracking # on 1/3/08. On that date I was told via e-mail after I requested more info on the remaining item's refund status that I would get my refund in 10-14 business days. That deadline has come and gone. Sears still tells me my refund is pending. A phone call to them was unsuccessful. The Customer Service rep didn't even get more order info before she told me she couldn't do anything when I explained the problem and her tone of voice was one of a bored person who didn't give a darn. I filed an affidavit with my bank on the 24th (the 14th business day after the 1/3/08 e-mail) for a refund. It will probably be another 2-3 weeks before I see my money. IF I see my money.
