I purchased an item online. When it wasn't delivered, I emailed Customer Service and was told it was out of stock. When I looked at the site, it was available at a higher price. I emailed customer service and they told me if I wanted it I had to buy it at the higher price. Sears deducted the money from my account when I purchased the item. This was a completed contract and since Sears does have the item, they should sell it to me at the agreed upon price.
