I ordered a leaf blower on Dec. 4. Sears sent it to a wrong address because they put the wrong tracking number on it. They have already taken money and are refusing to send another one before Christmas. They are unwilling to let me speak to a manager (customer service) and will not give me any info. On how to notify anyone higher up. The investigated and agreed they made the error. I should not be penalized for their error and I don't believe one leaf blower will break them. Now my brother does not have a present for Christmas. Their customer service is the WORST I have ever dealt with including AT&t. I know it is winter and a leaf blower isn't really a needed item but thats not the point, their lack of concern for the consumer is terrible. Since item was ordered Dec. 4 it gave them plenty of time to get it right. I live approx. 20 miles from 3 Sears stores and at the very least they could have had my go to one of them and pick one up. I will NEVER buy another item from Sears or any of their other companies.
