Lost a Package

I ordered shipment of a baby stroller through Borderlinx and they sent me empty bottles instead. I have been trying to follow up with them to trace my package but to no avail. Their executive now tells me I should just file for insurance, which will cover only a part of the total cost. This is extremely nonchalant of them and a very disappointing service. I have lost a package of USD600 and they will be able to recover only a part of it.
