I ordered some items from a UK merchant to be sent to my UK Borderlinx address. However, I forgot to include my suite number in the address. When I checked with my merchant, they provided me with all proof of delivery to Borderlinx UK on 28/12 which I then emailed to Borderlinx to help locate and identify my 2 parcels. I have emailed customer service, sought help via online chat, received many promises to escalate my case etc but till now (5/1) I have not received any personal responses via email about my parcels. The items are expensive and I will be seeking help from my bank about this matter. I am so disappointed! It cannot be so difficult to use all the details I have provided to locate 2 parcels which should have the merchant's name on it.
