I am from Egypt, I Purchased form Amazon some goods (Costs 180 USD) that reached Borderlinx 18 November and until now they have a bug in their system that calculate shipping fees as (4718 USD!), until now there is no solution! Their cust. Service said in the past week that:
We regret to inform you that there is no expected time frame for this issue to be fixed but possibly later next week.
I do not know how can I sue this company, and they ignore my question about any compensation about all of that delay (19 Delay days)!!
Anyone has advice?
