For 2 years everyting was bright and cheerful with Borderlinx's customer service. The hedging and very strange behavior began when I started to point out a lack with their effieciency.
Emails were not answered, promises to resolve problem within 48 hours not kept and most bizzare, customer calls got disconnected 14x
I am now approaching my bank to resolve this issue for me. I hope to stop people from signing on with this shipping service provider and as I come from a affluent Asian city where word of mouth recommendation matters more than internet publicity, I hope to save others from this misery!
