Honda Cars Of Corona
Ipoff, fraudulent, misrespresentation, scam, theft, yo-yo sale w/predatory practices, and damage to trade in vehicle

I am writing in response to what Honda Cars of Corona did to me. I am amazed that a dealership would seek out someone, as they did with me, to misrepresent a deal. I was brought back to the dealer ship with a promise of a Pre-Approval that never existed and rushed through signing the contract despite my many requests to review the contract. That by definition is a pressure sale and unethical if not illegal.

I tried getting out of this deal because my interest was raised 3% I was told no cooling off period, only after they were unable to roll me over to their high risk lender did they offer me the opportunity to get out of the deal During this time my truck that was used for the trade in was driven over 400 miles, the disc changer was stolen out of it and it had damage to brakes and ABS system as Well as it was returned to me dirty with a flat tire from road hazards. All of this and then I had to pay to cash to the check for the down payment because of the cheesy merchants account they have set up with Bank of America. So I lost money frlom my downpayment with them as well.

After trying to handle this with the dealerships general manager and then being passed down to another; the general manager is now avoiding me. I was instructed at the time of signing not to make my current payment due on the truck, that it would be covered in the deal, and since the deal unwound I have been charged with late fees. I have requested these fees be refunded to me from the dealership with a letter to my financers whom i was led to believe from start of this was financing this vehicle too, and again I am stone walled.

Mark Golembeski refuses to handle the fact that his sales team committed fraud when they called me at home 3 times after they failed to make a deal on the lot previously and fraudulently lead me to believe that my current lender had pre-approved the financing.
This cannot be allowed to go unchecked. I have been seriously affected and am emotionally beside myself that this would be done to a customer.

That's where they overplayed their hand. I am reporting to everyone who will listen and want this matter taken care of. Damages Reimbursed and at this time Reimbursed the Time and Hassles and Emotional Stress of it all. I did not go to be treated this way and ripped off. I just went for a new vehicle that was bigger. With money in pocket and in good faith. Please check over all the papers being sent and someone get back to me. I can't allow this to be done again to another person! I can't help but wonder how many others have been treated in this manner.

I went to the dealership about a trade in and left the first time there with an understanding it was too early in my loan to trade. So I figured I'd wait another 6 months to a year. Then received 3 phone calls saying my financiers pre-approved me for another loan. Come on down.

Pressured through the sale and then sent home with a vehicle that "though it had a 140 point inspection" still in only two days was showing problems and turned out a road hazard and needed to go back in shop another day.

Before this could happen i am called and told return my jeep and deal is unwinding. Questioning again the preapproval and backing the finance man into a corner we discover that my finance company Never Pre Approved Anything.in fact since then i have discovered that they in fact on the same day this deal went down Refused another loan. The dealership lied outright and then Stole from me, treated me as lowlife and also damaged my truck, shorted me monies, and then once taking my truck back in to repair the damage caused by them (resulting from unauthorized work done to my truck while left in their care) and tune up after taking 400 miles; They Made The Problem Even Worse and Then Refused To Do The Job Right...

Since then as my truck was increasingly getting worse i took my truck to a side mechancic shop that had worked on other cars I've owned. Upon their inspection I discovered
1. My rear breaks were glazed over and causing the locking up my rear breaks to point of being unsafe.
2. My Engine was over filled by 1 quart
3. My Transmission over filled by 2 quarts!

I have the problems found in writing from this shop and have in facyt now been advised to let my truck go ASAP due to damage caused to my transmission. And that costs almost the worth of my truck. Very expensive to repair and Honda Cars of Corona deliberately did this to me.

My biggest problems come in the fact i left their lot and they called me back with a promise of a pre approval that never existed! Then after their yo-yo deal i got my property back damaged and missing parts. When my property was replaced they had downgraded me on my disc switcher and have the attitude: Be Happy They Did That Much.

Well Honda Cars Of Corona I Am Not At All Happy. I am Very Angry that you Targeted Me At Home After I Walked Away From Your Dealership! You had me sign contracts under False Circumstances I am writing in response to what Honda Cars of Corona did to me. I can't allow this to be done again to another person! I can't help but wonder how many others have been treated in this manner. How many others has Honda Cars of Corona Targeted, lied to, had fraudulent contracts made up, yo-yo deals, and how many others has Honda Cars of Corona damaged their vehicles.

I cant see why federal laws are in place if not being upheld. Seems these dealerships think they can do anything and no one will do anything about it. They think they can cross lines breaking laws, comitting fraud, scamming customers, and costing them lots of money to recover from these so called scams. From the loss of property and damages done to our vehicles left with them. There is no good excuse for any dealership doing these things. But to call you up at home repeatedly with lies and setting you up for all of this is just way too much.

I went to the dealership about a trade in and left the first time there with an understanding it was too early in my loan to trade. So I figured I'd wait another 6 months to a year. Then received 3 phone calls saying my financiers pre-approved me for another loan. Come on down.

Pressured through the sale and then sent home with a vehicle that "though it had a 140 point inspection" still in only two days was showing problems and turned out a road hazxard and needed to go back in ship another day.

Questioning again the preapproval and backing the finance man into a corner we discover that my finance company never pre approved anything.in fact since then i have discovered that they in fact on the same day this deal went down refused another loan. The dealership lied outright and then stole from me, treated me as lowlife and also damaged my truck, shorted me monies and treated me as a low life. At one point threatening with the police. They called me at home 3 times to rip me off! And have really hurt me. They half ass fixed my truck and replaced my propert with property of half its value and have said too bad.
This cant be allowed! Committing Fraud to do so and Violating Federal Laws~ then Used My Truck (Putting 400 Miles On It), and Damaged My Truck when Performing Unauthorized Work On My Vehicle Before Rescinding.

They called me at home 3 times to Rip Me Off! And have really hurt me. They took my truck back in shop to redo the rear breaks (after doing the unauthorized work to my rear breaks to begin with.)

And now I have a written statenment as to what all was found when I had my Mechanic go over my truck to find the problem. How does a dealership over fill your fluids to such degrees? I feel that weas deliberately done against me. The rear breaks being donme so badly when they had nothing wronmg in the first place and the work was done without my consent. How many rules does this Dealership think it can break This cant be allowed!
