I went to Hendrick Honda on Route 1 Woodbridge, VA to trade in my old Honda Accord for a new one. The sales person, finance manager and approving manager all rigged up my contract in such a way that I ended up getting $5000 less for my trade-in, had to put $2500 down and ended up financing $7000 over the sticker price. They used slick tactics to reel me in and by the time I got home I realized that I practically paid for two cars. I went back to the dealership after speaking with a salesperson from another Honda dealership who told me that I had been cheated out of a lot of money. The manager at Hendrick Honda simply shrugged his shoulders at me and told me that I was given a very good deal. If this is a good deal, I'm afraid to see what one of their bad deals looks like. This was a deal from hell! They were very cold and unaccomodating and did not have the same demeanor they had on the day I purchased my car. Tell everyone you know not to buy a car from hendrick honda!!! 1
