I recently used Bloomex to order flowers for my other half who was having a big party on Saturday night with about 50 girl friends. The long and short of it is the flowers that I ordered did not show up on the day I agreed to for the party and also when the delivery arrived (the day after the party) they were the wrong flowers and several were broken.
I called customer service only to be told we will give you a credit. I said I don't want a credit. The party is over and you missed the opportunity.
The company refuses to give me my money back. And why would I want a $95 credit for a company that dropped the ball?
How can I get them to be reasonable?
