I recently ordered three dozen long stemmed roses to be delivered on a Saturday for my other half's big party with 50 other professional women. The flowers did not show up on the agreed day, and when the did show up, the day after the party, it was the wrong order and one of the roses was broken.
All I want is my credit card credited. I do not want a credit.
Please let me know how you wish to resolve this.
