I ordered a bunch of flowers from Bloomex to be delivered on Mothers Day (13 May). The normal delivery charge was $9.99 however I had to pay an additional $5.00 plus $1.50 tax for a Mother's Day delivery. However Bloomex delivered my flowers two days earlier. I tried contacting bloomex by calling them 4 times and by using the online chat (Spoke to at least 3 or 4 people. Keith, Evan, Nicole and Steve). However once I explained this issue to them, they never answered and left the conversation instead. I paid the additional delivery charge for the flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day, not 2 days before.
I am very disappointed with the customer service at Bloomex.
