I want to thank you - Bloomex - for the great service.
Yesterday, was my first experience with Bloomex. The recipient said the flowers
arrived on time and looked great. They were very pleased.
Might I suggest that the person taking the order start with a bit of an
introduction/welcome to Bloomex, rather than going directly to - what is your first
name, last name, address, etc.
"Hello, this is Bloomex. Are you looking to order flowers? (yes) We would like to
start by taking your information and then look at the type of flowers you are
ordering. May I have your first name..."
There was a bit of confusion on the delivery fee ($9.99 vs $14.99). See confirmation.
Very satisfied. Great service, Great flowers - I will recommend and use Bloomex again.
