My 1999 Subaru was leaking oil and it was towed to them. They replaced the short block which leaked oil as bad as the original. The also charged for a new oil pump. They then replaced the first block, this was after 14 days, with another block, which took another week. It took over 4 weeks to complete the repair and the car was not drivable.
The transmission shifted really hard (BANG) and they claimed the transmission was damaged before I had brought it in. They claimed they had put it on diagnostics and could find nothing wrong. I took it to another shop and they immediately identified the the problem as a mis-positioned throttle position sensor. They require you bring you vehicle in for monthly oil changes at $30 a pop for a year or your warranty is void.
The engine's water pump failed 3 years later and destroyed the engine due to the timing belt slip and interference construction..
They were abusive and their shop was a mess of junk parts, oil and fluids covering the floor.
