I am a certified tecnician of over 27yrs. Experience, and purchased a transmission from transplant only to try and save myself some time. What a mistake! After installing it does not go into park physicaly nor does it even move when placed in any gear. I called to try and get a resolution to the problem and was given the run around. They want me to take it out and return it for repair on my own time, which cost me alot of money as i have take another day off work to remove it and another to re install it once repaired. They are not willing to compensate me for lost time and now claim i knocked off the shift valve during install. Impossible due to this is an internal componant. Remember i am a certified technician who is certified in transmissions. I was just trying to save myself time because i am very busy. I asked if they could tow the car to their shop to repair their mistake and was told no, they are to busy so i must remove it myself and bring it to them. I guess my time is not as important as theirs. Dont use these guys! My shop will never again.
