I was fly in to chicago on 31st December via Air india Flight AI127 and all the passenger boarding from Delhi missing the baggage at chicago and the Air india staff told us that your baggage will be delivered to you by 6.00 PM on Jan 1st 2011 but till on Jan 3rd i haven't heard anything from Air india.
Also they have very bad service on the Delhi air port. It's took them three hours to issue a baording pass to us from Dlehi to chicago. Flight was delayed by 6.00 hours.
