My check in baggage, a large size VIP bag costing about Rs 7000, was badly damaged beyond repairs during my Air India flight from Delhi to Dehradun on June 9th. I reported the matter to the Air India station manager and the complaint was received by him and forwarded to Delhi Office on the same day. I have also sent a reminder about 15 days back but there is no response from the Airline. Can anything be done or can anybody tell me whome to call for the compensation?
