On December 11th I bought 2 seats (one reservation) via Orbitz to get a trip on December 12th. After I understood I really couldnot create the trip, I terminated my reservation (equally seats) immediately. Since I needed to confirm my cancelation I named orbitz who again confirmed the reservation have been terminated. I had been returned the whole quantity of the seats within 2 times ($388.80).
On December 15th I received a cost on my bank record from Delta Airlines for just one solution ($194.40) Delta had utilized my charge card info to cost me after I'd been returned for that seats that I'd terminated within twenty four hours of buying.
I've talked to Delta who claims they're examining the issue, and certainly will not return my cash till following the analysis; they state the investigation will require approximately 30 days. Till then, the individual whos title is about the solution that Delta bought with my charge card info, may use that solution to travel, at wich stage I'll not obtain my reimbursement.
I actually have in my own ownership the cancelation proof (from Orbitz) and my bank record displaying the amout Delta has unrightfully taken from my bill. The solution quantities, trip info, and also the titles of the Delta and Orbits workers I've voiced to; 4 various people on separate times who couldn't resolve my issue or provide me any solutions.
