Mar 10- booked tickets online... Rate changed called to get credit. They rebooked my tickets. Agent said they would credit the 2x $20 ticket fee. Unknown to me they credited the tickets (Mar 21 not the $40) Apr 2 called delta to confirm flight. Agent confirmed. Showed up Apr 3 to airport after 3 lines and lots of worry told they were refunded. Had to repurchase the tickets. Return flight home cancelled by Delta. Apr 9 contacted Delta re the $40 they owed me in fees. Agree to refund. On Apr 14 I was charged an additional $20 from Delta. Had to contact Delta to try and recoup my now $60 in fees. This was a horrible experience with Delta and completely unacceptable. Contacted corporate office and sat on hold only to hear sorry have a good week. Delta does not allow customers to speak with supervisors by phone only customer service agents and they seem to screw everything up.
