Delta Airlines cancelled our flight at last minute and we almost missed our cruise. Customer service was rude at LAX. I called Customer Support and they would only offer $100 voucher for our next flight which can only be used at the Delta Ticket Office. The Delta Ticket Office will not use the prices that the internet Delta.com quotes for the same exact flights. They say they can't. The Delta Ticket Office prices are $100 more than the Delta.com prices. Therefore, Delta ticket vouchers are not really a discount at all unless your voucher is more than $100.
