This dealership made an incorrect repair diagnosis resulting in an unnecessary $2500.00 repair done to my vehicle. The repair did not fix the problem I brought the vehicle there for. I had the replaced part inspected by several other mechanics and they found no signs of damage to the replaced part.
A complaint, which went nowhere, was filed with Chrysler.
A case was opened with the local BBB office and several attempts were made to contact this dealership but they did not reply.
Other alternatives currently being looked into for assistance with this matter include: local news station, small claims court, and motor vehicle industry council.
