Purchased a 2010 Jeep Patriot in February car only had 500 miles on it however according to the new information I received Chrysler or the dealership replaced the transmission prior to me purchasing the vehicle. Four days after purchasing the car the transmission failed again and this has occurred a total of three other times since February. The dealership has stated that I am upside down on the car since its now valued at 5000.00 less than what I owe on the car and that would have to put that 5000.00 dollars down or keep letting the dealership and Chrysler repair the vehicle.
I have tried contacting Mark Downing, David Boldt and Ray McArthur about this issue but it seems that once they sell you the car you are limited in regards to them taking it back or swapping you out of that lemon. I have contacted a lawyer and the Department of Motor Vehicle to open a Lemon Law Case but this is how consumers get treated at this dealership. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to that dealership and I suggest you all stay away.
