Ordered some lights via their website and got a UPS Tracking email. But the status never changed and the delivery date came and passed, contacted UPS and they said they never recieved the package for delivery. Tried to contact via email and phone. No reply email and phone is either "busy" or no one answers...
Very unprofessional!
I am lucky i paid with paypal, they will get my money back. I just wish i would have seen the 30 reports on this site before I wasted my effort. I hope that something can be done to shut this company down.
