My wife had ordered a violet wand kit from the company Ecletic Electric in middle of Oct, their policy is that it would take 6 weeks for international orders. The product we ordered was $890.00 U.S. Plus delivery charge, which is fine. It has been 12 weeks now and we have tried to get ahold of the company to find out what was going on and have not received a reply in anyway shape or form.
They have a order status site, that you can check on your order, the problem is our status was in the processing stage in the first week of November and the status has not changed since then and it is now January 10th. They took payment from my card the day the order was placed. The only thing they do for you is to send you to their policies page and tell you that they have been very busy and that they will get the order out as soon as possilbe. There is no contact email, phone number or customer service dept. To deal with at least within the sight.
We got so frustrated with this whole ordeal that the only way we could cancel our order was to have the credit card company reverse the charges. Very frustrating and unprofessional, I am not saying they ripped us off, but it would be nice to at least have someone contact us to let us know how long and when the product would be before delivery.By ignoring the customer, you leave us with the idea that we are being ripped off.
