I ordered items through Department Six website and was billed through WorldPay on March 8. March 15 I received an email from Department Six items have been dispatched (sent).
I emailed Department Six through there only contact email address April 20 after their 30 day delivery time to ask for delivery/tracking information. I also checked WorldPay website to see if they would back the consumer for using their service. No answer from either company.
WorldPay site will not take any action against the businesses they collect and distribute payments to (unlike PayPal).
Repeated emails to Department Six have been unanswered.
