Finally when I needed this people to cover for the cost of the service they denied the claim. My dealership told me the car needed the motor mounts to be replaced. I said "no problem I have extended warranty from Warranty Direct (WD)". I took my card and gave it to him. They called WD and found out that those parts were covered under the warranty. WD told the dealer to fax copies of the car service records I had for the last two years, which i had, so I thought, everything will be okay. The problem started after a day with the car still in the shop, when they claimed the fax copies were unreadable, the dealer notified me so we packed the records into a pdf file so we could email to them. Still didn't hear from them for another day, they said they will review the records and let us know. Finally a day later, after an unlimited amount of calls and waiting time representative on the phone, they told the dealer that they will NOT cover the repair of the motor mounts because I was late for an oil change back in 2008. After paying $1600 for that F warranty, I have to come up with an extra grand to repair my car.
