Ben Rowshan/Kam misleading on paper work they never had on car repair work claimed happened on car before selling

I brought a 1998 b.M.W. 740il from these guys back in march. Just got my plates for car on april 27 but not my title/reg yet in mail. Long story short before i brought the car the engine light was on sale men said just a oxygen sensor problem be taken care of. Also salemen kam and owner Ben Rowshan said car has been inspected and everything is fine with car and stated they have paper work on everything they done on car. I agreed on buying the car with the full understanding i want the paper work that was done on car and inspection report they agreed on the matter and informed me to pick paper work up the next following day due to shop was closed and they didnt have paper work handy for me. Has i got car driving home due to find out the wiper blades did not work had to pull over until the weather got better to drive. Didnt want to endanger myself or others on the road. As weather got better i dropped car off at a nearby shop to be checked out the following morning was i in a great surprize (shock) not only oxygen sensor repair but along list of repairs as follows oil change, lower control arm passengerside, wiper linkage, wiper blades, catalytic converters 2#, a/c belt, drive belt, alignment 4 wheel, vacuum leaks, compression test, tune-up, valve cover gasket, vcg/seals, transmission service $2,300 repair bills. Before paying this outraged bill i went to ben personal told problems on car, then asked for the paper work they had on car on repairs they said had been done on car. Then ben replied to me what paper work (we) dont inspect our used cars just sell them. I was outraged and demand my money back well within my three days of the law and they replied they dont buy back cars they sold. Since this time of (BULL) with them i filed in small claims court and the B.B.B. Of oregon. Court for this matter is in aug looking forward to it to get my justice on these scam guys. The only offer Ben wanted to give me was $400 dollars how to really insult me at the same time on this matter. Doing this the right way than the other will be better one thing i do know is under oregon law O.R.S. 815.075 states that does a car that i purchase/sell have to have working safety equipment? YES, which states oregon law requires that all safety equipment must work on cars that are being sold by either car dealer/private party. All lights, brakes, safety belts, windshield, working wipers, horns, and air bags must function property and all windows must be without cracks...
