We got are car from ez auto formally known as seacoast car club in somersworth nh about a year and a half ago. We have been a very loyal customer to this company during the last year and a half. Well last thursday the transmission went in my 2000 ford taurus wagon that has 66,000 miles on it that i bought from them. I was on the phone with them most of the day now mind u we are still paying on this car jay the sales manger or whoever he is was very rude to me heck i even found paper work in my loan document folder that they never sent over to the loan company i told him about the paper work and he tells me well we dont have that im like how cant u have this paper work i have so u should have it to so he wanted me to bring him the paper work mind u my car is broken down and in pieces at the transmission shop i asked him if there was anyway he could give us a loner car till we got are car back this friday he tells me he cant he doesnt have any loner cars on the lot im like how can u not have any loner cars on the lot u have like 800 cars over there! I cant believe how rude and unconsideret this man really was its there falut my tansmission went in my car if they would have listened to me when i brought the car to them to get inspected and to talk about the noise it was making but no instead they tell me its a motor mount nothing bad. Well it seems to me that i was right along there was something wrong with my transmission all along. They should have been good enough to give me a loner car since the reason my car is broken down is because of the crappy job they did at not fixing the right problem with my car. I would stay away from ez auto unless u want to be sold a lemon and get crappy customer service
