Customer Service - very bad: We tried working with the salesperson regarding getting an owners manual for our 2008 vehicle. 6 weeks later no manual. Spoke with Phil (GM) and he told us that the salesman tried to give us a 2010 but we had asked for a 2009. What crap! Pontiac does not even make 2010 models - they went out of business! Plus we never asked for a 2009.

Secondly, the finance manager Lynn screwed up our transfer of the Vehicle License Tag. She made my husband drive all the way home to get his DL# so that we could transfer the tag to the new vehicle. A week later we got a Brand New tag... What? We called her on it and she said she made a mistake and would take care of the credit. It was only $20 but we still have not received the money. We spoke with Phil (GM) about this and he acknowledged the issue but did not fix the problem.

FRIENDLINESS - very bad: Instead, Phil told my husband that "We should go somewhere else to buy our next vehicle because they don't want customers like us". He also told my husband, "I HATE YOU". What professional manager EVER tells a customer something like that?

PRICE - bad: Yes we were fools for not checking online and reading the fine print, however, the salesman used my husband and I against each other. I asked the salesman why the price he quoted us was $1100 more than the online price. He said it was for a protective coating and that he had already talked to my husband about it. I figured if my husband was okay with it, then it was okay. Well, after we got home I asked my husband what the $1100 protective coating was. He had no idea. I told him that the salesman said he explained it to him and my husband was appalled because he knew nothing. So, we are out $1100 for something that we don't even know what it is. From the small print on the online printout - it was optional. We would have chosen the option of NO and kept the $1100.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE - very bad: Phil (the General Manager) told us to go elsewhere, he hates us and Cardinale Way does not want our business. Therefore, we will direct every person we know and don't know to stay far, far away from this horrible, horrible dealership!
