Horrible customer service and not honest

My husband and I found a vehicle that we were interested in. I called the salesman who was handling the sale of the vehicle that we were interested in and asked him if the vehicle had any known problems with the engine and any visible damage and I was told "no". My husband and I decided to put a $500 nonrefundable deposit down on the vehicle. We flew down to take a look at the vehicle. The vehicle had pen marks on the leather seats, the ash tray was broke, and there was a warning light on. Really irritating to fly somewhere and put money down on something when you were told it had no visible damage or anything wrong with the engine and come to find out it had both!!! It should of been my sign in the beginning not to go here when the salesman never returned my phone calls. Customer service here is horrible!!!
