My Husband and I applied for a vehicle at www.desertkia.com to save us time since my Husband works a lot of hours. We did not want to be running around to different car lots on his one and only day off.
We were contacted by the internet sales department and we were told we were pre approved for the vehicle we had chosen. All we had to do is set up an appointment. When we called to schedule our appointment we asked again if our credit had be ran and if we were pre approved for the vehicle we had requested, we were told YES.
After finding time to go into the dealership we were introduced to a different salesman. That salesman then told us he did not have an approval as of yet but it looked good and we would receive a phone call during the week when the bank was open.
Well, today we received two letters stating my Husband's credit is not sufficient enough for the car loan we had requested. No call, just a bunch of smoke. This is the reason people hate car salesman. We were given the run around and they wasted our time. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
