Wanted me to pay 15.000$ for a 6.500$ 06 malibu

First off i went to the company on a monday and told the first guy that i wanted a car that was less than 10k, with a mazda 3 they had on the lot in mind. The brakes had sound horrible, they were grinding, and then the guy kept pushing me onto other cars that were way above my max limit. I ended up just leaving. A few days later i rcvd a call from jennie stating i had been appvd and to come in and check out the 06 malibu. Mind you this 06 malibu selling price was 6500k. So jennie tells me that since my credit isnt great the only bank that would accept is credit acceptance. As she is putting her numbers in the system she explains to me the numbers she is entering in the system. She first starts off by saying the price of the car which is 6500k then states that there is a $299 processing fee a $750 financing fee which then amounts to approx. 7850$. I was still ok with that. So as of that price before interest the out the door cost was approx $7850. However, jennie goes on by saying that when she enters the info in the system that the bank is only approving me for $5800k, including my $3000 downpayment. Which was still in correct because if the whole amt came up to 7850 and i pay $3000k down then i should be financed for $4850. Nonetheless, she says the amt that the bank is financing me for is not enough to cover the amt for the car and the vehicle. So get this. She then says that she has to raise the selling price to 10.000$ so the bank could cover all the fees. And not to mention a $2000 bank processing fee. So at the end, including my down pymt i would have owed 15.000 on a car thats worth 6500. Triple the amt of what the car is owed. That lady tried to tell me to bite the bullet and get it because my credit isnt going to get any better and this is the best she could do. As we all know there is one processing fee and not two and also including a bank processing fee in a loan is illegal. Bottom line is these people are crooks and they are taking advantage of people with bad credit who are in desperate need of buying a car.
